Faith-Based Community
Green Hills Community is a faith-based community that is supported by many churches of various demoninations. The core of 12 churches are in the West Liberty while a total of 24 churches take turns in offering worship services on Sundays in Foundation Hall. See the Activity calendar to learn which church is offering the service on a given Sunday.
The pastors of these churches along with two members of their congregation comprise a Council of Advisors. This Council and sponsoring churches promote Green Hills in the following ways:
- Support its mission and philosophy
- Assist with meeting the spiritual needs of Green Hills' residents, clients, and children by providing leadership with worship services, bible study and one-on-one visits
- Take advantage of volunteer opportunities
- Financially support Green Hills and its Pastoral Care program
- Be a leader in representing Green Hills to the community
